Regardless
of the season there are always interesting activities and events to
enjoy. In June we celebrate the arrival of spring with the Car d'Alene
Classic Car Show in Coeur d'Alene. The city of Sandpoint and Schweitzer
Mountain have the Festival at Sandpoint and Lost in the 50s. Historic
Wallace has Derby Days and Kellogg celebrates the summer with some
famous musical acts spanning all musical styles. Late summer is the
season for county fairs and arts and crafts fairs, highlighted with
Art on the Green, on the North Idaho College Campus. Fall celebrates
the specatacular change of colors, and taking the time to enjoy the
splendor should be marked on everybody's calendar. The winter season
is filled with festival's across the Panhandle. Sandpoint's winter
carnival is memorable, while the Festival of Light's Parade &
Lighting Ceremony officially kicks off the holiday season in Coeur
d'Alene. There are always activities to enjoy in North Idaho, and
whether scheduled or simply stumbled upon, they will be a highlight
